The Spanish Government have announced that from 00:00 hours on May 24th, the UK will be included in the list of countries EXEMPT from restrictions to travel to Spain. On Friday, the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, announced, "starting next Monday, Spain will be delighted to welcome British tourists. They are welcome, without restrictions or health requirements" What does it mean?
